Over Easter weekend, not much open. Went to buy a pizza at neighbouring Forge but unfortunately closed. Choose this place. Worst fish and chips ever. The fish was inedible. Chips were ok.

There's always precooked potato cakes and dimsims just sitting thereWhen I went tonight there was also 3 baskets of chips precooked...Got home and our food was pretty averageVery disappointing

We decided to try this fish shop for the first time. Extremely disappointing. The fish was flavour-less and thin. The dim sims tasted like they had been open in the fridge and absorbed whatever else was in there. The chips were overcooked. I had a lamb kebab and that was OK....I don't think I'd recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was good though. Very friendly.

One of my go-to places for seafood! Can never go wrong with flake, always fried to perfection! Fish got the perfect size and fries are crunchy and not too small! Make sure you try their burgers too (especially the grilled fish burger).Servings are big and prices really affordable. Highly recommended!

The chips was a bit greezy same went for the fish.But still crispy on the outside and soft in the middle better once we added some salt, I guess if we go back, ask for salt on the chips.The fish not much flavour, maybe a little to much batter, but didn't taste bad. Again a bit of seafood sauce did wonders.We expect a bit of a wait but ready inside of 10 min.

Once the best in Ballarat, has just lost its way and food is now under par. I have been going here for 10 years on a regular basis but i now have to give it a miss after the last 6 months of just awful food.

Used to be really good, but it’s definitely dropped the ball now.Won’t be going here again, I was given butter fish instead of flake, potato cakes were made out of old potatoes, chips were undercooked and I was given bland chicken burgers instead of chicken Schnitzel burgers.
