Renting through amsure crown Waterloo has been a great experience. All the staff , especially Steven are always so helpful to fix any issues no matter what.I have never felt like a number. Anything you need they are always quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.

Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Steven the property Manager is just rude and very unhelpful. I have heard from other tenants the same thing and doesn't care about any tenants. To get things fixed is such a chore and that's if they do it. But they are ready to put rents up with no negotiations. He says that's the price and if you don't like it you can move out.
