I've rented for over 10yrs and dealt with a few real estates and property managers within that time.I'd like to praise property west and my lovely property manager Jackie Boyle for everything she has done for me to secure a home and confidence in knowing they have their tenants and landlords best interests at heart.Jackie has moved mountains and gone above and beyond, always professional and also very compassionate to making my journey with property west a very pleasant experience.A small family ran business in my opinion is a lot more personal and very professional, nothing is a problem and any issues I've had have been resolved.I have a great relationship with my property manager and I would recommend property west any day over all the well known chain real estates to get the job done.Its been a pleasure meeting and corresponding with jackie.Jackie's professional attitude and worth ethic is an asset to property west and I can't speak highly enough of the team she works along side with.Well done you guys, keep up the great work.I've the best property manager in 10yrs and a good relationship with jackie.I would definitely recommend property west to any landlord or tenant looking for a professional experience, it a pleasure to know they actually care.Well done and keep up the great work.Sharon x

Having picked Anne Lawson Property West it was the best thing we ever did. From the very beginning Anne was fantastic, friendly and made us feel as ease. She advised us on how to style our home and what to do for the best outcome for us. We left for the Eastern States on a holiday the day before open day and Anne looked after everything for us. We were lucky to get an offer the next day and there was lots to take care of but Nothing was a problem with Anne and she made it all flow through beautifully. I had to rent for a while. The staff were very helpful and any issues I had were sorted out straight away . The staff were always friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company to manage my properties as any issues were sorted asap . They were very respectful to the tenant's upon inspections etc whilst also making sure the owners house was well looked after . A very friendly and approachable team .Linda
