Fantastic service and great advice. Wouldn't use anyone else for our catering needs. Charged my credit card a week after collection of the hire goods without explanation or prior notice. Only after I emailed them asking what the charge was in relation to did I get a response. Charge was in relation to delivery mix up. Would not have had a problem if I had been advised prior to simply taking money from my account. Very disappointing.

Don’t bother calling !!Called to make an enquiry & the woman I spoke to has an attitude problem, no customer service skills & should not be answering calls for potential customers.I asked a question & she responded with a sarcastic remark. I want to know more about the products & I get one word answers.I ended the call as I don’t want to be giving my money, let alone deal with rude sarcastic representatives.Word of advice, hire customer service reps who actually want to deal with customers. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there.

Had hired chairs & tables for my little one's birthday party for the weekend. The items were clean & very well maintained. The team did a great job in delivering the items right at my doorstep way before the agreed time & were very courteous in communicating at every step of the event. I would highly recommend them for any kind of party needs.
