I have been quite disappointed by this place. I was recommended to go here and after reading good reviews I made an appointment. On the phone I told them it would be a big job because there is a lot I needed done. They said it would be fine so I brought my car over two weeks later and explained what needed to happen (mostly I wanted my engine to get checked since I used head gasket stop leak but I want to make sure my engine is reliable for a big trip I am going to make to the NT + a few little other things like broken central locking). I assumed I could pick up my car a week or so later but they called the same day saying it was all done. Turned out they only serviced it and fixed nothing of what I initially requested. I was looking forward to this for a long time and I am very disappointed. It is a shame I have to postpone my trip to find a new mechanic.

I have been getting my car serviced with Finch Motors for a few years now and i couldn't be happier with the service. Can always book an appointment quickly, and will get my car back within the day. Great staff to deal with.
