Very very very happy with my products and the customer service attendant, Ms. Carolle. She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly with a gorgeous smile; just like how she is. She made my shopping so easy and enjoyable. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and she helped me to find my perfect size and wasn’t being fussy at all when I couldn’t find my right size! Will see you soon!

Horrible customer service needs to be trained to actually help the customers not stand behind the counter and do frick all horrible workers makes the customer put back the shoes we took to check. Maybe teach them how to do their freaking job

The lady working today was 10/10 amazing she was SO helpful and so lovely. I tried on so many shoes which would have probably been annoying but she was so wonderful the whole time and got all of them out for me, was so bubbly and nice I ended up purchasing two pairs from her.

Novo Shoes
I visited the store a couple of weeks ago looking at shoes for my wedding. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance- I asked for a recommendation and walked out with the first suggestion 5 minutes later. The lady at the store was very friendly and helpful.

Prices and clearance items were interesting but it showcases a small variety of shoes. The staff make up for the limited choices though as they were helpful and never rude.

Staff are not so friendly or welcoming. The mandurah store never has sales. Shopping online would be better service then going in the store.

Just visited Novo in Mandurah. The two lovely girls working around 2pm today were amazing. Went ABOVE and beyond to help me in so many different ways and they should be recognised for their efforts. Thanks so much x

I love the shoes here though I do find I can wear them to death in a really short amount of time. I buy shoes from Kmart and have them for years and then from here and they last about 6 months.

Amazing service the lady that served us was so warm and welcoming happy to grab multiple shoes out and remained aware of us even with other people in the store, made sure to come and ask questions as well as generally ask how our day is. Will definitely be coming back!!!

If it were possible to give a 0 I would. I work in shoe sales myself… I walked into the store and did a very slow circle around the store. I was the only person in the store and the plus size blonde lady didn’t look at me or even say hello. Worst service I have seen in my life! We have customers coming from this store to ours telling us that they were never acknowledged and now I understand where they are coming from. Maybe have a look at your sale and see why you’re not doing so well is because you’re workers can’t even say hi to buyers.
