I came to Kelli about 8 months ago, I was feeling very flat tired stressed and was I bit over weight. I just felt like I needed to take some further measures for my health. Kelli has put me on just a few vitamin powders and changed them accordingly to improvements in my health. I have been very happy that she has been very thorough and hasn't sold me a load of vitamins but only a few which have been completely affordable and beneficial. I have been sleeping a lot better stress has reduced and I've even lost a few kilo's I'm a counsellor myself and its encouraged me to make sure I continue to take a wholistic approach to my life.
