Found my practice for life.So happy with lovely Linda’s help, advice and guidance on the phone and at reception! and Dr Ohara was just amazing, he listened and helped and I’m forever grateful for the treatment I’ve received here, finding a new Drs Surgery is hard but this was such a great pleasant experience.Thankyou team!!

I have been a patient of Harbord Medical Centre for 25+ years. Wonderful service, Dr. Hyasat is a great doctor, the receptionist is very lovely and I cannot fault them at all in any way. Highly recommend.

Do not use this practice under any circumstancesThe receptionist is rude, demanding you wear a mask (that's fair) but without offering them themselves despite the clinic obviously doing very well financially.Gerard himself....when my partner needed a referral for a procedure that he was full aware of; he insisted it be done in person (which is clearly difficult for anyone with a job). Once we did make it down and asked why the tele consultation wasn't enough; the answer......it's because that what we offer". When I pointed out I already knew that as that's why we were there and that he hadn't answered our question

If the review was regards rudeness then I give them 5 stars. I went in to see about a Covid booster & greeted by a obnoxious woman who simple said in an aggressive manor What do you want " who needs it ? There's far better & polite medical centres available & they don't give Covid Boosters."

I just read the other reviews after writing this and had to edit. Yes, the rudeness of this receptionist is utterly astounding. It's amazing this can be tolerated for so long.I have been seeing dr Hysatt for 15 years and always had a great experience. Since the arrival of the new receptionist, this place is not even possible to see, she thinks she knows better than the drs and has totally ruined this place and the ability to get treatment. She's told me to go find a bulk billing dr and stop bothering her as she's too busy to deal with my urgent health issues, and that she refuses to get the dr to answer my emails we have corresponded on for a years before her arrival.I would avoid.Such a shame to destroy such a great practice.

Very poor time management and extremely poor communication from reception:I waited over half an hour after my 9:20am appointment time & when asked was told there were still two patients waiting before me. I was not told of the very long wait time when I arrived and I only needed a simple repeat script.I finally had to leave without seeing a doctor as I ran out of time.

Went here because my normal doctor was completely booked. I went with Dr Gerard O’Hara and I thought he was pretty awesome. He was thorough with my appointment, asking good questions, asking consent before touching me and really looking into my issue. He seemed very genuine and like he honestly just wanted me to be better. I’ll definitely come back!

The nurse is amazing. The needle looked like it was for a horse and usually hurts like being kicked by a horse but has been absolutely painless both times the nurse has administered... if I could give 7 stars I would!

The doctor I have dealt with is great but the receptionist has been rude two out of the three times I've called.
