I would not recommend Carelli to anyone, we have had a new apartment built up in Blackburn South in March 2020. It's been shambles from day 1 for all 21 resident owners be it relating to common defects or defects within each apartment. Worst part is they never respond to emails and have made no effort in looking into defects, resolving them is still far away. It's been over 3 months now but no progress on anything.
