Awful customer service. Didn’t get approached in store by any staff members (but when males walk in the door they are straight to them). Staff at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help, they weren’t very friendly and obviously didn’t want to help a customer who spends a decent amount of money on their products. They don’t acknowledge when their products are faulty either. Pretty much tell you to put up with it. Such a shame as their service and care has really gone down hill. Won’t be shopping here again unfortunately

Completely overstaffed, not much assistance for the customer though.Was given the incorrect cover for a fridge I bought, drove 1hr20m round trip to return, got a mediocre apology and no compensation at all.Love the product but this experience was left wanting.

Yeah I got a cool inflatable paddle board on sale. Chat and call centre staff were friendly went in the next day after click and collect and old mate was quick and sorted me out. Suggestion to mgmt to integrate click and collect into your website so you don't have to call.

Mitch’s customer service was amazing. Friendly, helpful and knowledge. Sold me 12v setup with only what I needed and nothing that I didn’t, at a great price. Will definitely buy from the Lisarow store again.

website does not provide option to pick up. I contacted the company the following day to try arrange to pick up, only to be provided with terrible customer service by Eric and Sue from their call centre. I was told they phone line was open until. 10pm, however nothing stating in their website to click to collect I had to call. Money wasted on delivery on something that could be stated at the time of purchase. Either customer service staff didn't try and accommodate !!! Which was more disappointing.Lost a new customer because of poor customer service.

Brilliant customer service, so helpful. If you have any issues with any product just take it in store as they get to the bottom of it and resolve to your satisfaction straight away. One very happy customer here!

Tried to refund a product and dropped it off in store 2 weeks ago, the money still hasn’t been put in my account. Have tried twice to call and contact the store and been on hold for 30+ minutes without getting picked up and spoken too at all
