I didn't have a great experience at this salon at all. Went for a colour and cut. I told the owner what I wanted for colour, but he insisted on giving me a much lighter shade (more blonde) that I was reluctant to try, it's just not my style. But he went ahead and did it his way anyway (at least he said I could come back within 10 days if I didn't like it, which I did and he gave me a darker tone). The cut was not discussed at all, and he gave me a very basic cut that had no style to it. He didn't ask me what I wanted or if I was happy with it. I was very underwhelmed with the cut and ended up going to another salon to get it redone.The service was unwelcoming and unfriendly - I was there for 3.5 hours and was not offered even a glass of water. They barely spoke to me the whole time. I was there with another Indian girl and they treated her in the same unfriendly manner, but they were completely different with the Arabic clientele that came in laughing and joking with them. The difference was noticeable.Finally, they overcharge massively. He wanted $540 for a colour and cut - I have NEVER paid this much for my hair - and I have had multiple layers of foils etc in the city. Totally overpriced, unfriendly, and underwhelming service.
