Body Alive Massage Cairns & Spa
I had a massage/reflexology/adjustment last night. The experience was great! The massage and reflexology therapists were well-trained and skillful. I was initially a bit hesitant about the adjustment but then agreed. I'm glad I did - my back pain is much better, and even my hip feels better after the leg adjustment. Would recommend this place and will come back when I'm in Cairns again.

Professional & Talented massage therapist.Pros -- easy to book online- friendly staff- clean room's- great deep tissue massageCons- not much- only issue is the massage table, could be more modern & comfortable but I'm comparing to my Sydney Wellbeing massage therapist.Summary.My experience at Body Alive was great. Chloe was my therapist, she was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive.Definitely will be visiting again.Thank you.

I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage with Noo, yesterday. She did an amazing job. I often experience neck and shoulder discomfort from working at a computer and training in the gym.Although at times during the massage, it hurt a little (because I was so tight) the overall outcome was positive. I could feel the difference. I felt good afterwards. I would definitely go back.

Such a fantastic massage! My wonderful massage therapist was knowledgeable & intuitive as to where I was holding my tension/had pain and checked in to adjust pressure & heat (hot stones) to make sure it was right for me. I also had a reflexology treatment done here as well which was also superb. Excellent experience:)

I’ve had many massages over the years and always get a relaxation massage but, come away feeling I’ve done ten rounds with Muhammad Ali. At body alive they truly give you a very relaxing massage, the best I’ve ever had. The facial I had today was amazing as was the massage. Very friendly staff and experts in their craft. Highly recommend
