Old equipment but everything works

Lovely staff that are always willing to go above and beyond and a huge facility that caters to almost every fitness need. My only wish is that it someday becomes a 24 hour gym!

This gym is not even worth one star. Broken equipment and management don't care enough to have anything fixed. Don't waste your money and time here there are plenty of other good GYMs in the area.

it is a fabulous gym AFFORDABLE MEMBERSHIPS, FRIENDLY PEOPLE, LARGE WEIGHTS AREA AND VARIED CLASSES/PROGRAMS.has an altitude/oxygen chamber training room which there are only 2 or 3 in Sydney - great for dramatically improving fitness.1. Facilities - varied equipment, ladies only area, varied classes2. Staff and trainers and friendly and willing to help you outPT tips and even free sessions, the front counter staff know you by name and the other members at the gym are friendly and approachable. They also play THE BEST MUSIC playlists!

Very large gym with all you need!

Love this gym! Most of the staff are very positive and helpful, classes are brilliant, equipment great and has a creche!

Extremely Unprofessional gym I have ever had to deal with. Be aware Valley Fitness will continue to take money from your account even after you have cancelled your membership. What I found most unprofessional was that one of the gym staff workers will argue and yell at you if they feel you are not right. Warning to do not sign any contracts with this gym as they mislead you into signing the contract without full disclosure of the terms and conditions including extra fees each week. They are also known to the banks for doing this. I am extremely disappointed that in this day and age that a gym can behave in this manner. I also agree that the equipment was very second rate and was always dirty. I have been in many gyms before but this one takes the cake. It should be shut down.

So excited to start the 60 WLC cant wait, just signed up at Valley Fitness. Awesome service awesome gym so much to do. Checked out the new FIT area and WOW think i am going to trial that as well.# Valleyfitnessrocks.
