Tile solution did an excellent job Cleaning and regrouting the Sand Stone crazy paving around my Swimming Pool. The 30 Year old paving looks new and very clean. Pasan was very professional and discussed the various options for grouting and sealing for us to choose, frequently visited the site to ensure work was done to our satisfaction. His workers were very good and did a wonderful job restoring my sand stones. I will highly recommend Tile Solutions for any similar jobs.

We had an excellent experience with Tile Solution Australia. Rerouting of our white tiles where shower was over bath, and floor tiles completed as well. Our son promptly walked over the newly minted regrouted wet floor tiles despite obstacles to prevent this, and Janaka was able to fix it the following morning without issue - thank you! Looks new. Easy communication. We would be happy to recommend their company and service.

Reliable companyGood communication at every stage. The manager explained options for cleaning , repairing or replacing tiles. He provided approx costs during initial discussions. Competitive pricing. They completed the work as scheduled. Courteous on site and tidied up afterwards. They followed up a week later on a minor flaw to ensure customer satsfaction. Recommended!

I would not recommend this company.I had been quoted for tile & grout cleaning.The two employees left residue all over my tiles, there were foot print marks everywhere, and the grout wasn’t even cleaned.The worst part was there were scratch marks on two different tiled areas. These were most certainly not there prior to their service.At 8.5 months pregnant, I needed two hours to reclean all of the tiles to get the residue off and of course cannot fix the scratch marks they left.See photos attached.The photo with the towel in it showcases my work cleaning up the mess that they made- the back two tiles I have cleaned and the front ones are what was left for me to correct.The company claimed that they only work Mondays to Friday 9-5, but were happy to call me on a Saturday afternoon. Picking and choosing when suits them best to speak to their clients.The job was completed to an unsatisfactory standard and instead of wearing this, they are claiming that I am trying to scam them.I urge you not to use this company.

The technicians were very hard working and attended to all work very well. The regrouting in particular was done extremely well and the result looks great.
