Was not greeted by staff after entering shop & I looking into cases. The person who entered shop a minute after I did was greeted & asked if they needed assistance. Felt like I must have been invisible. Would have made a purchase but decided not to, as now I would have had to wait despite being the first customer in the store. Won't bother going back as there are plenty of other Jewellry stores I can spend money at, that have friendly staff & want to make sales.
