Pretty good not many people go there, but equipment is mediocre to say the least whilst being outdated, and staff rarely respond to calls

A good and honest, Old fashioned style gym without any pretentious hype and paying up for services that are either over inflated or you never use. It has all that you need to get fit and stay in shape.

Been training here for years, while the equipment is old it still does the job better than newer gyms because it makes you think of better ways to train yourself. Tracey, the owner is awesome and the gym is always tidy and not too busy.
