Outstanding service from Martini who took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I was given a few options in my price bracket; pros and cons were explained beautifully, with no hard sell. He set up everything impeccably and after getting it home, the sound didn't just deliver what I'd hoped for, it far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended if you're looking for premium quality.

Demo’d a pair of Polk L800s by appointment with Jason in November….The gear was set up as I’d requested and ready to go when I arrived. Jason made sure it was all working then left me to it.Ultimately I didn’t buy the Polks on the day, because although they were very very good for their price, I was looking for an X factor I hear in their venerable predecessors (SDA SRS 1.2)But what I rate them highly for are:1) they never talked down to me, or trash talked my own gear2) they left me to enjoy the audition3) they knew what they are talking about4) had a great range of serious high end stuff available for demoThat means that they have made a long term customer. It’s not uncommon for me to come back to a place years later and buy stuff I’d auditioned months or years before… but not if I get the short shrift the first time

I couldn’t have had a better experience, amazing service, outstanding product knowledge and the awesome speakers recommend by Mauro martini were even on sale. After we purchased Martini gave me and my dad a tour of the finest equipment at klapp just for the fun of it. When we got home Martini was also happy to help us with the installation. Simply outstanding throughout. We will never shop anywhere else.

Bought new speakers, sonus faber v. As i live in Mildura, i did not get to audition speakers but with Martinis direction and advice i did my own google research and decided they were a great choice! Martini was right, great speakers, moves my music listening experience to another level.Im Using a cambridge cxa81 amp, rega mm phono preamp, project carbon debut evo with a AT VM750 SH stylus (Martinis advice) and a BluOS node 1 streamer.I love it, but unfortunately i got no work done all weekend, listened to music instead!thank you Martini

These guys are great. I bought a set of speakers, speaker stands, speaker cable etc and had to get some of it ordered in which was going to be a bit of a struggle since I live in Geelong.Jason was a legend and offered to drop them off to me when they arrive since he lived in Geelong as well. Not only did he drive to my home once but actually came by twice as the items came in at different times. Great service and would definitely recommend.
