Pretty decent massage but avoid the cupping at all costs.

Had legs and reflexology. Service was good but they should work more on ambiance.

Handy location. They accept bupa which is good. Massage was pretty good, but expected it to be way better. Didn't have background music. While I was there there was a loud customer in reception which was distracting and annoying.

I've been coming here for 2 years. In the morning I used my BUPA card for the first time and got charged 95$ for an hour whole body massage (their board is not updated and says £60).I've just double checked on their website and the lady who did the massage didn't use hot stones, but just a sigle one for no more than 15 minutes that wasn't even hot (on their website a 60 minute whole body massage costs £80,whereas same length of time with hot stones £98).I specified that neither myself nor the lady mentioned the hot stone massage and that I paid prior to receiving the service.Hence, I basically got ripped off. Really disappointed cause they do provide a good quality massage.However, I will never go back unless they refund me/ give me a gift card to make up for it.Gonna go next week to speak with the owner, and subsequently update/leave another review.

My arm in the picture, you think this looks bad you should see my back! Booked in for an hour deep tissue massage, the lady started to massage and then said I use roller thing. She did it so hard and in one spot for long periods, I told her to go softer and not as much. I can normal handle a deep massage at its best bit never have I has this happen to me.She then charged me an extra $40 so $120 because I wanted to use my medibank card, I said no to this, feeling a bit out of it after the slaughter, and she charged me $100. I'm normally quick to say something but this day I had a cracker of a headache and just wanted to go home.I will never go here again! Do not do it!

My fav go to place and I am fussy about my massage but if you explain what you are after they deliver, I do massage deep tissue so know what is good and grew up in Asia so their style of massage is what I love ..and the best deep tissue. I have become a frequent regular now. They treat me well and look after their customers with good loyalty discounts and are very fair.

Find another place, I got reflexology massage an it wasn't very good. I have to ask multiple time for more pressure and still didn't get it right. It was unorganised and the massage person was very inexperienced. They only reason they got 2 star instead of 1 was because they were nice people. But definitely not coming back. Actually think I need to go else were because it's like the massage never happen.They coudn't even work the private health machine and I paid full book.

The massage it’s self was ok, unfortunately that’s were it ended.Even though the massage parlour is in a shopping centre they could do better with reducing the noise.The layout, of the curtained booths were tight and offered little to enhance the experience you expect to find in a massage parlour, and I’ve been to other ones in shopping malls that have offered this.My experience was made even less enjoyable due to another team member constantly opening the curtain interrupting the person giving me the massage and leaving the curtain partially open.The final annoying point was the person giving the massage had a cell phone in his pants pocket and it was constantly going off with alerts.

Loved the massage itself as per other good reviews, but there is truth in the comment about the layout being too boxy and the informality between the staff when giving the massage. If you don't care about this then I definitely recommend.
