Charged today for the flu vaccine as I had booked through the Priceline website. I was told this means I don’t get the free flu vaccine. I arrived on time and was kept waiting for fifteen minutes (no one in front of me waiting for the vaccine). I wouldn’t attend her for your free flu shot or be very clear when booking that you are not getting the version you have to pay for.

Waited a very long time for my prescription even though there weren't many people around. Took it to the counter and saw they were charging me more than the PBS price which I was told from a previous chemist should be the same price anywhere I go, but obviously it seems they add an extra charge to that price too. Definitely won't be coming back here for any prescriptions.

A rude, arrogant head pharmacist. Does not care about helping patients. Will find any excuse to make you come back or somehow inconvenience you.Just avoid it, there are so many legitimately helpful and kind pharmacists out there, no need to deal with subpar ones.

Helpful customer service provided over the phone by Anika on a Saturday afternoon.Don’t usually go to this Priceline, but they were the only ones that had a tester for a product I was after.Visited after four years.Sunday visit. Cleanliness of the store needs work, the makeup area looks very messy, there were no tissue boxes to wipe off makeup colours after testing.However, this is due to the store being understaffed. One pharmacist and one person at the checkout, so how much can one person do?Anyways, would come back in need.
