Incredibly rude customer service. I tried to return shoes I was given as a gift, however they do not accept change of mind returns - so make sure you are happy with what you purchase! It was the rude treatment from the sales assistant that was intolerable, however. A poor example to set for my teenage son who has just gotten his first retail job.

4.05pm Friday 13th JanuaryI entered the store which was clearly open with lights and door open all the way and proceeded to try on a pair of shoes when I was approached by an older woman (assistant) and she said she has closed off the books, I replied ‘oh ok can I just try these on? She huffed at me as I slipped my foot in. She repeated ‘I have closed the books’Wow I said ‘that’s not very good customer service’As I was walking out she had the gumption to say to me ‘you’re a very nasty person’What the actual xxxx!!I looked at the times of the store and it states online the store is open til 5pm Friday.This old lady obviously had somewhere to be and took it out on a customer!!I am mortified to be approached by such a horrid person that clearly should not be in customer service.Lisa
