This estate is outstanding! As soon as you come through those gates, the space is gorgeous, welcoming and private. Just love the spirit of Miriam and her love for animals. She has done a magnificent job with weaving together a beautiful and meaningful experience for her guests.

I recently stayed here the night before my wedding and WOW what a beautiful place. The grounds are impeccable, Miriam was just a superstar and so accommodating. <3

We had a great time stay at the cottage. This was the 2nd time we stayed here when we visit Monington peninsula. You can see horses and other farm animals at the farm.Nice place and very friendly owner.

I don't know where to start...The cottage: perfect. Everything you need is there. New, clean and comfy.The pool. Heated and very safe for kids. There are also games for kids with a great trampoline.The farm. We were able to disconnect from the busy life in two hours. It is hard to describe the peace of the place, the energy that every animal in the farm radiates. It is so clear that the owner of the farm truly cares about animals and their well-being. The horses, ponies, chickens, goats, pig and the dog. They are all in perfect symphony that make you fit in and absorb the freshness and healthy life.And the manager (and her daughter). Hands off it has been the first time a manager just truly cares. But not because she would ask us every minute if we needed anything. She will be in the farm and check on how we were if we were close by. She shared her knowledge about horses, about reading their body language, their energy, and all the good things horses have to offer. She shared about how we can respect animal so we can connect with them and get better experiences, better memories.The whole family had an amazing time. Kids didn't wanted to come back (and so didn't adults).Thanks Miriam, you made my birthday a one to remember for ever.

Travelling from Perth we were so happy with this relaxing unique farm stay getaway for all the family. The cottages are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful with horses and chickens just out your window.Close to Mornington Peninsula - beaches, restaurants, cafes …everything at your doorstep.Miriam is an amazing host and her story truly inspiring giving so much back to rescuing farm animals.

Miriam pours everything she has into this beautiful property as well as the extended animal family she has rescued.The property itself is an oasis. The moment you drive through the front gates you feel as though you have entered another world. Great spot, really friendly host, lots of beautiful rescue animals and farm tours for the kids. Accomodation is fantastic. You will leave here feeling happy! Will definitely visit again

Had the most fabulous stay with Miriam and her beautiful girls. The cottages are beautiful, tasteful and spotlessly clean. Everything I could ask for was provided and I wanted for nothing. Adding to the experience Miriams farm animals. Such a relaxing stay will be returning soon. I highly recommend Wilindi Estate.

For Poplar Cottage - Miriam was a very accommodating host and was even able to meet our request to have 6 guests in our cottage whilst still providing all we needed for our holiday, we wanted for nothing including in a well-equipped kitchen, which included an animal shaped waffle maker which my daughter use many times! Our party were of varying ages but there was something for everyone from the break-out area with the games, pool, and washing area to the private grounds of our own cottage which had a BBQ and relaxing firepit. The cottage was spotless, private and finished to a high standard and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a very interesting and informative tour of the farm and learned the back story of how and why Wilindi Estate and Herd Harmony came to exist. Miriam's dedication to her calling was very evident and she spoke with passion and knowledge.I cannot recommend staying here enough and five stars seems such an inadequate rating!
