I was served today by a lovely young girl named Cassandra. She was extremely bubbly and friendly and had a smile on her face serving all the customers. She had fantastic customer service skills

Staff are rude, and at best aloof. Lists closing time at 5pm but randomly closes earlier

First time I have ever used Boost Juice. Usually I use Top Juice. However my expectations where exceeded and the team went above and beyond to ensure my customer experience. The drinks seemed to have much more sustanance then Top Juice. And the team members where fit, healthy, and knew everything about the menu and the business. Definitely my new juice bar! 5 plus!

Young, rude staff with no manners and the juices are always terrible, warm and watery. Still using single use plastics and fairly sure the cups aren't easily recyclable either. Boost needs to innovate and get with the times.

I’m a regular customer here, and I have had multiple negative encounters with the workers. Each time I line up to order I am not greeted, the staff always have blank faces, they don’t communicate effectively. I highly recommend that the staff be trained adequately in terms of customer service. No customer wants to purchase from a business without feeling welcome.

Ordered a mango magic and my friend ordered a protein one. We were pleased with the service and the drinks were alright. Was a shame to see 10% of my drink go to waste as it didn't 'fit' in my cup, would've made the price a little more reasonable.

I think Boost juice is a great product but it’s not cheap to buy anymore. Feels like every year it’s a extra 50 cents and now this place (Liverpool is the other place) that want up charge 50 cents for a extra cup! These are the only 2 Boost juices I know they do this! It’s not cheap already and this extra cost doesn’t help

Good service & tasty juice, however, drink selections are limited. Would be great if Boost can cover their straws and switch to paper straws instead of plastic ones
