It’s always good fun to be over there..it’s a good place with lots variety although it’s about food or clothes as well as so many other options -Supermarket,super-Clinic,library,post office, gym..this area is pet friendly As you can see so many pets over there and it’s a functional place-i mean you can always see there is always something going on -event or community function etc

In my 12 years in Point Cook Ive seen this centre evolve from a nice place to shop with a variety of shops into basically big brands and Indian restaurants. The Super Clinic has gone which was quite a blow. Recently they re-painted the parents with prams carparks to be narrower, I dont believe any of the people who made that decision have tried to get a baby out of a car seat or understand the amount of room you need to do this. Not enough security, teenage hooligans have made the Woolworths undercover carpark basically a no go zone. Every trip I see kids riding bikes or electric scooters inside the centre and almost cleaning up parents with children. Would be nice to feel safer shopping at my local!Im editing my review to add they do have good activities for the kids during school holidays and my boys enjoyed looking at the safari animals (even though some were a little 'worn n torn') and the colouring book and wooden masks were a hit.

Good ol' town centre. Always has a place in my heart. Good security (in fact they told me off for something lol) and good at keeping the place clean. They have a wonderful though small variety of restaurants from different cultures and a pop up park for the community. Always hosting small community events and never fails to disappoint! It's also a great place to chill with many benches around. Parking seems sufficient and usually there is parking available as most locals walk here. However, what breaks my heart is that there is no longer a youth centre. I personally had to rely on it to feel safe and it hurts to know that kids nowadays doesn't have this.

I have been to one of pop up clothing store ( chinese owner i guess ) next to cotton kids along with my daughter who tried 4-5 dresses at the store and returned all the dresses back onto shelves in proper manner , As we were not sure and thought to comeback with her mother next day to finalise.I conveyed same to the shop owner , to our surprise lady rolled her eyes and murmured I dont care ......when asked what's the issue , she said not to come back again on our face ......which was humiliating, insulting. It was really embarrassing in front of daughter and it was shock to her ....Being in the past small business owner I can understand the frustration when sale doesn't go through but to say customer not to return was rude .......I complained to management of stock land but surprisingly customer service officer after taking the feedback informed as it is tenants property ,, tenant have right to say not to come back ........pathetic experience ........
