The hairdresser was in a super rush - they took too many bookings and wanted to close at 2pm on Sunday vs 5 pm listed on their website. She spent 13-14 mins on hair cut and it was clearly a very rush job. I had to ask her to slow down, ask her to show me how the back of my hair is done and at the end the top and front wasn't cut properly.

My first visit. It was very good. Lily was my hairdresser, she listened to me and was very courteous, and helpful. Lily did not rush, she offered advice. She is very professional.

My son received the best haircut he’s ever had from Vicki. Haircuts usually come with dread and regret from this kid but Vicki took her time listening to him and asking reassuring questions along the way. He was so happy that he phoned his brother on the way home to talk about his experience. 10/10!

Friendly staff and a clean salon. But unfortunately the haircut was below what you would expect as a standard. My daughters hair cut is all lopsided, with so many inconsistencies in the length. Both the hairdresser cutting and another one also commented how still she sat and never moved and wished a lot more children of her age could do the same.

This place used to have good hair dressers but unfortunately, most of them have left. I have been a long time customer and I have noticed the service level has been dropping consistently. I had my hair cut by the asian lady yesterday (they don't wear a name badge and if they do, it is not visible easily). She was condescending and rude as if she is doing favour to me by doing my hair cut. Small requests were met with a response as if she is having to put in lot of extra effort and this is during the time there were no people waiting as I was the first customer. Definitely going to look for another place my hair cut in future as I am not going to spend $39 for a haircut where I am treated like this.

Olivia did an awesome haircut for my 2 yr old. It was my daughter's first haircut and olivia was very patient gave me an advice for her haircut since i wanted to grow her hair. She did a good hairstyle for my daughter.

Poor service as the ladies chatted on when washing my hair and eye gobbling price for blow wave on top of the cut costing upto $100 bucks for my super thin and short hair.I would rather spend my money in a salon for the service. Utterly felt robbed.

Just had my hair done by Mercedes. She did a wonderful job with my hair and kept conversation throughout the cut which was an added bonus! We were able to relate to each other and talk about our jobs and how they are similar in ways. She did a very clean cut and I am very happy with the way that it looks. Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Mercedes!! :)

5 star for the nice and friendly staff. My balding head have only 70% hair but they still charged $42 for my hair cut :)
