I went in to get a reconditioned pump for my pool. Long story short ..was able to get the outlet off but couldn't get the inlet off. Phoned back and told them the problem. Nice young fellow was there in 10 minutes. New capacitor he said. Was able to get it going again and was fixed. Incredible service and incredible knowledge to boot. Thank you very much

McCracken's are the best when it comes to any irrigation systems pump supplies pipes and fittings,they always have whatever I need every time I go in,the team are very knowledgeable helpful and friendly

Charged me $176.00 to fix my Yamaha Genset. Went to start it a couple of weeks later and it wouldn't go, took it back and was told they tried but suggested I go to Waldos. Have just picked it up and it is running like a dream. Waldos found water in the fuel tank, drained and cleaned that and the carburettor bowl. Cost me a hell of a lot less. Not happy with McCrackens service or attitude.
