I would like to thank the team at Milford Homes for the great experience Athina and i had during the design and build of our home, we and all that visit absolutely love it.This home is on a concrete floor but the decision to use Milford for the build was first made because the fantastic pole home you had built for our Daughter and her husband several years prior was so well constructed and on time.

Do not use this company to build as very unethical in regards to costs. Be warned as they tell you one price and once you sign they increase the costs. Will be going to consumer protection.

We are nearing our 1 year anniversary and I wanted to say a hearty thankyou to the team at Milford's for our home. We stretched and prodded you guys but you rose to the challenge and barely a day goes past that we don't say how much we love our home. Beautifully crafted by all the trades. You need to be super patient in the initial design stages (we did design our own from scratch - another plus for them - but it took a long time) but once the build starts it's finished in a blink. The after service has also been excellent as the house settled and moved. I highly recommend these builders for pole homes.
