Gateway Ford

The mechanics are incompetent- engine seized 5 minutes after picking my Ranger up after an oil leak repair (they caused) nearly 6 months later, several visits later engine light is still on, car lacks power and from can’t fix it to now they won’t fix it. Service department won’t even return calls to discuss resolution.

Nathan and Kane easy to deal with. Having purchased quite a few cars over the years these guys are professional and knowledgeable. Love my new Ford Ranger.

Finally had my new ranger delivered. Like everyone, I had to wait in line, but only for 10 months. Nothing gateway could do about the long wait except keep me informed of when the build started, was completed and the car was on a ship to Australia.Delivery was thorough and dealership friendly and clean.Top job, Gateway Ford, Fairy Meadow.

Worst service centre I have ever had to deal with. Cracked our engine block and tried to charge us to replace the engine, then when we proved it was caused by them they glued it back together. Vehicle has been sitting there with no resolve for 5 months now as they refuse to repair it properly. I will never deal with this dealership again. Avoid.

I Just had my Ford Ranger serviced for the first time at Gateway, the Service Advisor Denise showed Empathy and understood my needs it was a pleasure to deal with a professional thank you for the excellent service.

Everyone is so friendly here. We walked over to look at some new cars and Tom greeted us. His knowledge was great and Tom's customer service was second to none. We really appreciate all he did for us. He was the most easy going, down to earth person. We were just looking for a buy later in the year and ended up purchasing that day and only having to wait a week for pickup after adding some extras one. So fast, we were really impressed.

Terrible customer service. Booked our car in to have its engine scanned as the check engine light was on. Had to book a month in advance which was understandable.On the day of the booking I was informed that the booking date had been changed and was over another month away. They completely disregarded the mistake made on their end and were unaccommodating while trying to come up with a solution.

Went in there on Monday the 29/03/2023 at 0930am, Went to look at buying a second hand Ford Ranger Wild Track but was open to buying a new Wild Track as well. Walked around the yard for 20 minutes, no one came out to see if I was being looked after.I Went into the office were there were 4 salesmen sitting behind their desks. I asked one of them about a Wild Track and told him about me being open to buying a new one if the second hand ones were just a few thousand less. He then proceeds to show me the cars that he has in his yard on Car Sales on his computer.Didn't offer to show me the car in person or go through the options of another Ute like the Raptor, and then told me if I didn't like anything in the used section to go see the 2 Boys sitting over there if I wanted to buy a new car" Absolutely no interest at all in showing me or maybe organising a test drive.If I decided to buy new I was also prepared to wait the time it takes for the new car to come in.I decided to post it here because they had deleted my comment from their Facebook page. Terrible Customer service and I could only imagine what their after sales service would be like!I'd leave 0 stars but its not an option on here."
