Impossible to drop off parcels. I work full time and the parcel lockers are VERY limited in size. So I have to take time off work to get to the post office. Your hours are unacceptable and borderline discriminatory. No wonder we've all started using other services.

Unlike other reviews I cannot speak to stock levels, store layout or delivery times; only customer service. The two women who seem to be fulltime behind the counter are always friendly and upbeat, even when dealing with extremely difficult customers (I've overheard several incidents). I work frontline myself, I know how hard this is to maintain. They alone deserve the 5 star review.

Nice spacious post office with helpful staff and good wheelchair access. Quite busy on a weekday afternoon but they seemed to be processing customers quickly. I was able to deposit bank cheques here.

Been here for Passport and Identity Verification purposes.The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional in getting things done.They are trying their best to attend to all the customers as soon as possible and are always on their best possible efforts.It takes the customers also to be patient and understanding while dealing with staff.Good going team.Keep up the good work.

Why on earth is this place not open on saturdays? Limited working hours 9-6pm with no weekend hours, not even until midday on Saturdays. Are we in 2023 or not? How is a working person supposed to collect a parcel that posties refuse to actually just leave when I’ve requested them to be left?Not to mention that when I do manage to get in to collect, I show my app to the staff including the ability to scan for all parcels and they STILL can’t manage to give me all my parcels or instead give me someone else’s parcel. That’s why I’m trying to head in now, on a Saturday, to find they’re closed.. they’ve given me another person’s parcel and mine is still there awaiting collection. What is the organisation for parcels in the back? Clearly non-existent. What a waste of time.

We had our son’s passport photo taken here,and the staff were amazing in dealing with his autism. We’ve been to three post offices already and none of them has the patience to go the extra mile to get his photo done. Belinda was very accommodating right from the start and Dianne did a great job having another go when the first one didn’t work. Their manager (sorry I forgot to ask the name) was very helpful with the necessary info that can help us with our application. For parents with a kid with disability, experiences like this really matter. Thank you again.

Staff are excellent. However, their opening hours are terrible. Opening hours are (Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm). They used to be open Saturdays, but that has been stopped, so good luck picking up a parcel when you work full time.

Very satisfied AusPost customer for many years. Excellent experience for PO Box holders, highly recommend. Also appreciate the very efficient and friendly in store service. It’s always very busy however the team keep things moving along at a decent speed so I’ve never had to wait for more than a few minutes even when I join the very back of the queue.

I went in here today with a huge amount of bulky boxes. All the staff were obliging and extremely helpful. I live in Ballarat and would drive all the way to Moonee Ponds for the service.Thank you all for a pleasant experience that obviously comes naturally to you
