A deceitful and dishonest business! We were quoted for a real James Hardie product and paid for it. The quote even included the same product code as per James Hardie website. The delivered product to site was a fake cheaper alternative, which is half the cost! Rang up and the business refuse the accept responsibility and refuse to credit us back! Will definitely never use them again!

This lovely driver for WA Timber Sales took a corner this morning and went into my lane, causing me to take evasive action by swerving and sounding my horn to avoid a collision. The driver then sped up beside me, sounded his horn and decided to brandish his rude finger out the window at me aggressively for the inconvenience I caused him by driving along according to the road rules. What a great company!

My advice is not to buy your timber here. But if you do, be prepared to be insulted by the unbelievably arrogant management. The staff in the yard were friendly and helpful, but is it just me or do they seem downtrodden by bullying management.

I've bought from here many times, the customer service has always been very average.I rang this morning for timber, lady on the phone was very short even though I had all the information of what I wanted. I was clearly an inconvenience being a cash sale... I got a price, then was told she would check the warehouse for stock as I needed asap, she came back and said we don't have it and we don't know when we will get it" I said right so where do we go from here.. expecting for her to chase up a lead time
