I ordered two extra eggs on each burger and received only one extra egg each. It should have been three eggs each.The same happened with Angs Beef Burger on numerous occasions. Every time you add/pay for two extra patties, it always comes out with only two. Is McDonald's happy chargingcustomers extra $$$, or they are not training their staff competently?This has been my usual stop for years, and frustratingly it happens here more than anywhere I've experienced nationally.

How hard is it to put all the components of a basic burger inside the actual buns? This place is continuously sloppy in how burgers are put together and they won't hesitate to use ingredients such as bacon that is so dry and shrivelled that it could pass for shoe leather. The management obviously don't care thinking most people are only travellers so no harm serving cold slops to paying customers.

Usual stop on our way to the A.C.T.Very busy. Staff do a good job keeping the restaurant clean.Food is good and service is as quick as possible considering how busy this McDonald's is.Facilities are reasonable. Unfortunately, people don't take care and staff can only do so much.

This McDonald’s is a good toilet and snack break between Sydney and Canberra. It’s easy to park. The toilet is clean. Staffs are efficient. Only one drawback is the large chips portion is not “large”.

Trailer parking is easy, such a relief. They have not stuffed up a single order and we passed through there for 52 consecutive weekends. Rest rooms are clean. Food is well put together, and fresh.

This is honestly how fast food should be done. Food hot(made fresh) had food within 10 mins,( i have had to wait longer pretty often at McDonald's stores).They had paper in self serve machines so when your no. Is called you actually know its your order and your not looking at staff like a weirdo trying to work out if it's your order or not. Also this store is out in the sticks 100s Km from anything else. Props to this McDonald's store for doing so well and all the other stores that really have no excuse for any of the mentioned things that need to be better.

Food was okay. Building is in urgent need of maintenance and shows terrible neglect.Toilet locks broken. Baby change table prepped up with a bucket. Handb towels pulled from walls. Locks don't work.Self serve printers don't work.Completed meal display not working.

Easily the most disgustingly dirty McDonalds store I have ever been too and that is mainly because a lot of customers are grubs.At 7.00pm and not busy, the tables and floor were not cleaned by the staff for the whole 30 minutes we were there and the condiments were all empty. I had to clean my own table and seats from food scraps using hand sanitiser and serviettes. The men’s toilet has a strong stale urine smell that nearly knocks you over when you enter.To top it off my Mc Angus burger was served stone cold.What an absolute failure of a McDonalds store.The manager on duty and especially the owner should hang their heads in shame.I be getting a meat pie next door from now on.
