Sarayi Boutique Hotel, Palm Cove

I had to relocate to Palm Cove from Sydney rather suddenly with two dogs and thankfully found Sarayi and their super dog friendly accommodation. They offered me an excellent long-stay rate which was fantastic value for the beachfront location. The staff make you feel like you're at home, I currently have special dietary requirements and lovely Janine made sure I had all the culinary equipment I needed. I am very sad to have to check out, I wish I could live in this wonderful hotel permanently! Highly recommended.

One of the best places we have stayed in Palm cove so far! Ash was so friendly and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The ground is so beautiful, you feel like you are in a tropical oasis.and nice cafe on beachfront, We will definitely be back!

Unbeatable value in an excellent location. Nice clean room, comfy bed and friendly service - we were super happy with our stay for the price.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I am absolutely FUMING!!! I was supposed to pay at the property but the money was taken from my account unknowingly, When I arrived I was locked out and wasn’t allowed entry until I paid a $203 bond which I was completely unaware of. I had to pay over the phone, a number stuck up on a piece of paper. I was very sceptical about this but was told by the extremely rude staff if I didn’t pay we’d be on the streets with no refund. I AM LIVID!! Don’t ever stay at this awful place. Wifi doesn’t work, no kettle, VERY rude staff and disgusting customer service.

Well. Beachfront hotel, great location rooms met all our needs and we’re clean and well presented. Don’t know what some of these comments are relating to, friendly staff very affordable place to stay in the heart of palm cove. If you want a $500 a night hotel go to the stay at the reef house next door- then see what you get. Sarayi and staff, THANK YOU ARE STAY WAS EXCELLENT ANDYOU COULD NOT DO ENOIGH FOR US

Sarayi had the most friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location. The beach right at your door step. Roof top poolOver looking the mountains. On-site laundry facilities. :)

This place is amazing!The staff are wonderful and very helpful.The location is perfect. And the roof top pool has spectacular views.I really look forward to staying again

My stay at Sarayi was exceptional. I originally booked a one night stay with my family and dog and we ended up staying 4 nights.The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, it didn’t feel like I was just staying at any hotel, they made it feel like a home for those 4 nights. The location is perfect and very handy to all the restaurants and beach.My family loved swimming in the rooftop pool as well as having breakfast on the rooftop with one of the best views in Palm Cove.A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay at Sarayi one to remember for all the right reasons.Would highly recommend anyone who is after that quintessential Palm Cove boutique style hotel to stay at Sarayi.

Returning to the Sarayi for the 3rd time, it is great to see the rooms are always clean & fresh with a great eye for detail. Wonderful roof top pool with Palm Cove right at your front door. For only $150 per night is always great value. Special thanks to Ashley and Jeanine you both always go that little bit extra to make my stay a pleasant one.

The location is great, the check in process was fine, but the standard of the room... The room smelled unbelievably strongly of a chemical coconut smell that opening doors and windows didn't resolve. The power points both sides of the bed were detached from the wall and was unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've stayed in better accommodation in third world Asia.
