Well the review is a bit late but I still feel other people need to know it.I had an appointment with the consulting service last November at 19:00 on someday with a person named David. When I arrived at 19:00 no one told me who David is or when my session would start. There was a guy kept chit chatting with other female employees and he turned out to be one should speak to me! Eventually we started our session at 19:25 after he pretty much enjoyed his talking with different women. Could it be more unprofessional ? I didn't get any useful professional advice from him and all that he said was about the process, which I can google by myself. Disappointing and time wasting service!

Opening hours are incorrect on Google and on website.

Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Just wanted a little bit of advise on the phone and they weren't in the least bit interested.

Sam on the phone was very helpful. He checked about my issue and although it wasn't able to be covered by them I was given clear options of where to go.

They don't return calls for weeks and repeatedly take my number down and say someone will call me back.....never happens.

Very friendly and helpful advice. The staff there steered me on the right path.
