Absolutely disgusting,shower filthy on arrival with mould,dirt,hair looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.Complained twice,shower supposedly cleaned each time but still filthy,asked to change rooms each time request was denied.The shower was so bad my daughter and I didn't shower for 4 days while we were there,3 staff knew this and still wouldn't give us a clean room. First night beds had no sheets, second night the beds were remade with dirty sheets, couldn't use kettle as it was filthy. Had paid for breakfast at Diggers but after our first meal we felt sick,dirty cutlery,dirty cups and hair in my daughter's food so we cancelled. Manager refused to discount/ compensate claiming the room was fine as they had inspected it,only received refund when I threatened to send the photos of the room to their head office. Absolutely disgraceful hotel where staff need to learn that the customer is always right and housekeeping need to learn how to clean.All my daughter wanted to do for her 13th birthday was go to The Entrance so thank you to The Ibis for absolutely destroying her birthday holiday. We will never stay there again.

room is very clean. bed is soft and comfortable. the only thing i can fault is that there’s not enough pillows available.hotel is connected to the club so very easy access. continental breakfast included is not bad (cereals, toast, yogurt, coffee).overall, it was a pleasant place to stay at and will definitely book here again.

Very handy having the link corridor between the club and the motel, it made breakfast very easy to organise. The rooms are pretty good, only a few small things need to be sorted, the shower head that falls to waist height and the strange smell in the room (I'm assuming from the previous occupants). The rooms were clean and we could let some fresh air in by opening the windows. The view was lovely. The staff were very attentive and did try to fix the shower head themselves but sadly it fell again not long after giving it attention. It's a lovely spot and I would recommend this place to stay. There were cups and a kettle, a small fridge with some milk. The bathroom was well sized with a vanity and shower. All in all an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The stay at Ibis Styles The Entrance has been provided for work reasons.The days are long and the work physically challenging, so it is most welcome to return to this very nice place.The staff are truely top notchThe standard room I have been in has been recently renovated and very comfortable.I have been lucky enough to be on the 4th floor with views of the lake.The attached tavern downstairs is a comfortable place with good food and fun.A nice stay in a beautiful part of the world

All I can say is thanks Isabelle you made my Mother and mine stay wonderful with your friendly and welcoming service you are a credit to your employer and definitely worth your weight in gold. The rooms are fresh, modern, comfortable and very reasonably priced also well situated and close to all you need.

Staff are great and helpful, room seemed clean and tidy. We had one issue and the staff tried to fix it quickly and even offered to move us but it was not that much of a big deal.

Myself and my husband booked and paid for this hotel 2 weeks prior to checking in, we arrived there just after 2pm which was the time that was meant to be checked in due to room being ready, so when we arrived the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming, while she was checking the booking details she mentioned that our room was not quiet ready! Mind you I paid for a king room which had a lake view" check in time was 2pm we made there after 2pm lady mentioned our room was not ready she will "upgrade" us. My husband said he don't mind wating for that room she didn't listen she just changed the room we ended up having a room that had a queen bed instead of a king and there was no view of lake only car park! Later on that evening we saw lots of tourists who where checking in

I recently stayed at the IBIS Hotel at The Entrance, and while the room, amenities, and food and drinks were impressive, I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with a troubling encounter involving a receptionist lady on the evening of 11/06. The behavior exhibited by the receptionist raises concerns of possible racism, and it significantly impacted my overall experience at the hotel.Unfortunately, my interaction with the receptionist overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. Throughout our encounter, the receptionist displayed an overtly rude and dismissive attitude that left me feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to experience such behavior, particularly in the hospitality industry where guests expect to be treated with respect and courtesy.
