Conveniently, BB&T make it impossible to rate their online service, on Google, so will rate the terrible service I have received at the St Ives store. Over a month ago, I ordered a bedspread set in NZ but they sent only the pillow shams. I filled out an online enquiry and waited their advised 9 working days for a reply as to why I didn't receive my full order. I received no correspondence what so ever. Because it is impossible to speak to anyone at this company regarding an online order, I finally phoned a physical store in NZ who informed me the bedspread was now out of stock and I missed the 40% off sale. They refunded me for the bed spread only, even though I said I no longer wanted the pillow shams.I then ordered the bedspread, at full price from Australia and asked for delivery to a friend's Sydney address. Again, I waited...not even an order confirmation from BB&T this time. My friend visited the Hornsby store and I spoke to the manager on the phone and explained the situation. The manager was very apologetic and said she would honour the 40% discount but sent my friend to the St. Ives store because they didn't have the bedspread in stock. The Hornsby manager called St. Ives and had them hold the bedspread. Even though I offered to pay again over the phone, my friend was told at St. Ives that she would have to wait 2 hours for my payment details to be confirmed by Melbourne. My friend chose not to wait and returned the next day. The manager at St. Ives then said she never heard back from Melbourne (no surprise there) and I would have to pay again, but full price. She then said that she wouldn't accept my credit card details over the phone. She said the manager at Hornsby was mistaken about the sale price.After a month of trying to sort out this bedspread which I now can't even bare to think about without going into a rage, I am left with two pillow shams I do not want and a $420. payment dispute though Paypal.

Just love this store...mature ladies who always go above and beyond to help.So very different to its sister store in hornsby...full of young giggly girls, who are just clueless and say the same thing, I'm not sure"... who hires these people???"

A large homewares / interior decorating store. Quiet nicely laid out and pleasant to walk through.

A lovely, big store beautifully laid out. So much to look at with wonderfully helpful staff. The displays are clean and nicely laid out. My fave BBnT!
