Worst customer service everI has a young Asian who happens to work on Saturday as I was waiting to on the line and I forgot to place the piece of divider that you put behind you groceries to allow second shoppers to place their groceries.. and all of sudden that guy threw that piece of metal on me in very disrespectful ways and I never forget when I told Gee you are Angry one he replied yes I am.. I told his store manager but it doesn't seems they care about their customers so I better stick with my Aldi at Erskine Park they are way better people.

My favourite store but most of the time the shelves are empty and we can't find what we need,also the trolleys are not walking smooth and very hard to push.

The service is bad, no respect and they ask to check my hand bag in front of all people like i did something wrong, my first time visiting it and my last time. Just ruined my day for nothing.

One of badly managed stores. Whenever I come most shelves are empty, so I have to go to another Aldi and get What I need...and this didn't happen a couple of times only.

Also shoppers queueing to grab a bargain for Black Friday 2019.There used to be an Asian supermarket here. But, it never attracted enough shoppers and folded about 6 months after opening. It was selling stuffs that only a minority group of the population would use. On the other hand Aldi caters for all groups of the local population. There was never shoppers queueing to get in at that Asian supermarket.

I like this Aldi a lot for many reasons. It's in the heart of Fairfield, it's obviously very cheap and the customer service is great. Two things I dislike about this Aldi is 1) Even though it has 6 checkouts, only 2 or 3 are operating at any one time, resulting in long queues and 2) I miss the old location on The Horsley Drive near Maccas because it was it's own building and had much more convenient parking.

It's a decent store ... I can't complain but I don't shop here alot mainly for meats and to check out the specials
