Kat is just so so amazing! Been to see Kat for 2.5 years now, yes I know it is a late review but progress takes time.Been searching for some answer for my problems for years, like over a decade, and tried different therapist, they either didn't work or suggested I take break from exercising, or tell me I need to strength the muscle, one even suggested I might be born this way.There are too many good things I'd like to write about Kat, but when I recommend to Kat to my friend I always tells them that for my already twisted hips (one of many side effects from a shoulder injury), taking break from exercise or strengthening the muscle will not untwist my hips and remove all other issues I have, Kat found the cause of the twisting hips and treated it which then enabled me to go to gym and strengthening the muscle, and that will eventually untwist my hips permanently.

I have seen the new Chiropractor that has started at Elite, Dr Joe. I had low back pain and headaches when I went in and he was able to help me out. For a big guy he is very gentle and was able to deliver the most comfortable adjustments that I have ever had. He is very professional but also had a great sense of humor. I have been seeing chiropractors for a long time and Dr Joe is easily one of the best.

Every time I come for an appointment I leave happy and relieved. Can’t recommend enough.

Kat is amazing! She is knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and caring. She has helped me through a horrendous neck issue many years ago and again recently after putting my back out.
