Came in to get a new tree and lights and was happy with the selection. The staff were nice and helpful. Chantelle helped me pick my tree and showed me how to get the lights on properly which I always struggle with. Definitely can recommend

The service was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We particularly liked how they tested the lights before we took them home. Highly recommend these guys.

We came in this week and purchased products. No issues with any of these.I will give big props to Paris who helped us and served us. She was lovely. 5/5.I only give you a lower rating because of the manager of Casey toys who came to help Paris (who hadn’t been trained yet to deal with the trees and was trying her best)This manager spoke very rude to this young girl, and belittled her in front of us. The way she spoke was never acceptable. “She should know this”, “I shouldn’t have to do your job for you”Like Jesus, maybe if you change your tone and try and teach, she might be able to learn.Bought nearly $1k worth of stuff, was about to say don’t worry about it, after what I witnessed with this manager.Keep your head up Paris you were great 5/5.Karen Casey’s toys manager 0/5
