Which company would respond to a customer request at 9.30 pm then have a resolution by 10.00pm?What Ability did and has such a personal platform for the user I cannot begin to describe how important that is for parents of autistic children.I have only had great experiences with this company and as a mother of 2 boys on the spectrum life is unpredictable and I need help time to time that is flexible and easy to book.I get this and more with this company, staff actually care, arrive on time and have infinite energy and patience.What Ability- What a company!

My son Nick has used Whatability twice so far, and has really enjoyed the experience. I have been very pleased with the positivity and professionalism of the support workers and always feel like my son is in safe hands when he leaves for his outing. I would especially recommend for active older children/young adults who enjoy outdoor activities such as bushwalking, going to the park, etc

I have been working as a support worker at What Ability for 5 months and have loved every moment of it. I feel so grateful to be a part of such an amazing company who’s mission is to put happiness first and make a positive, fun impact of those living with a disability! Not only has the company ignited a passion within me for working with people with a disability but it has also made me aware of how much happiness my role brings me!!!

Steve and team are amazing. It seems that all carers just want to make sure your kid has fun. The team offers our daughter a range of activities that we would find difficult to access as a family.When I tell our daughter that she is going on an adventure with Whatability she waits at the door and her face breaks out in a big smile when they arrive. I also love that they give her that little bit of extra freedom that we as parents find difficult to give out of overprotectiveness. I cannot recommend them enough what can I say... I trust them with our child.

What Ability. What Steve and his Team of caring Support Workers do for many families is amazing. The kids love their days out with the What Ability Crew. A smile speaks a thousand words in any language and everyone looks like they are having a ball.

WhatAbility is a wonderful organisation with kind and very experienced support workers. My son is non verbal with occasional challenging bevahiours. WhatAbility is the only support agency that is able to manage Liam and subsequently Liam really enjoys being with these wonderful young and caring carers! They are the best in Sydney, and know what they are doing. Your children are very safe and happy in their hands.

Whatability has changed our world and have helped me out with the care of my beautiful when I have needed it. They are so much more than just a community access carer. They genuinely care about the welfare and happiness of my son. I love seeing that smiling gorgeous face. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I've been a support worker with What Ability for the last year and by far it is the happiest team on earth! What Ability is about fun and I've seen the kids grow and build amazing relationships with me and our other support workers.
