Frameless Glass Pool Fencing

We used Sydwest fencing to install a frame less glass fencing around the swimming pool at our place. We had to add custom panels. Brendan proposed a design that minimise the number of custom panels that reduced the cost. We are very happy with the design and the quality of the work he has done. The job was perfect. Sydwest supplied and installed our pool fence. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of Sydwests service, from the price, to the end result a professionally installed class fence. Brenden suggested to apply a treatment to the glass which allows the glass to remain clean. I thought at first this was something to extract more dollars from me, we authorized the treatment to be applied and I must say this is one of the better decisions I've made, this treatment is simply brilliant. As our pool is a salt water pool the water when drys on the pool fence leaves a film. Most mornings the glass gets a dew on it, when the dew drys all the salt film is gone from the glass. I find I clean the glass once a year to get any oily handprints off from sun tan cream. Two years on one of the soft close hinges failed to close soft, I called Brendan to ask how to adjust them, he came out and fitted a new hinge cost free, now that's service.

We had our pool fence installed today by Brendan and his team. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. The standard of work is outstanding. Would definitely use Sydwest Fencing again if needed.

I recently had a frameless glass pool fence installed by Sydwest Fencing and I could not be happier with the work Brendan did. I was very impressed with Brendan from the outset when he turned up to do my quote. He was on time and very polite. He came and did the quote very quickly and fitted in with my busy schedule. When he arrived he very carefully explained the details of how he worked and how he intended to protect the sandstone surface we were intending to install. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of 3 different fencing designs with a mixture of Aluminium and glass and or just glass. Brendan took the time to carefully answer all my questions and I relied on him for advice regarding different options. I asked him for 3 different quotes which he emailed to me after a short time. We ended up with all glass which looks fantastic.Brendan's communication was very good and he always answered phone calls, texts or emails promptly. The project was a little complicated by the different heights affecting the gate latch. Brendan took the time to make another trip out to my home and conduct some measurements and also brought out a gate which we were able to test the reach to the latch. This then resulted in Brendan advising that he could order a custom gate latch which ultimately solved any issues. Brendan gave me some good advice about the type of stainless steel fittings and also we discussed Enduro Shield at length.The job was recently completed over a 3 day period. Each day Brendan's polite team turned up exactly on time, and the job site was cleaned up after each day. I am extremely happy with the job Sydwest Fencing has done for my family and our pool project. I highly recommend giving Brendan a call. I guarantee, based on my experience that he will do a fine job.

The most stressful part of our pool build, was the fencing. We had a tight spot and a few tricky areas. Four fence companies came and quoted, and they all gave different advice on what was required to pass council. Brendan made us feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge and we're glad we went with him. Great communication and workmanship and of course the fence looks amazing! Even our pool company was impressed with the quality of materials used. Applied for certification and council passed without question. Highly recommended

Brendan was absolutely amazing and helpful from the start. The process was very simple from the quote all the way through to installation. He was very thorough with providing all the information we required about our fence, he did a fantastic job with installing our fence, it looks incredible. He even goes above and beyond to help us with removing a panel whilst we did some additional work and committing to coming back to put it back for us. We had a fully frameless glass pool fence installed by Sydwest Fencing. The customer service and standard of work that Brendan produces is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had some issues with some of the glass panels damaged by other builders on our site and he was prompt and extremely helpful in organising the glass to be reordered, reinstalled and recoated with the enduroshield. I cannot recommend Brendan highly enough for all your glass needs. His customer services skills are exemplary and kept us informed every step of the way. He goes beyond and above what most people in business will do, which these days is hard to find.
