Smart Phone Repairs

I wanted to give zero stars.This repair shop was NOTHING but trouble. Took my new phone in to get a screen protector put on, and I left with a damaged phone because the woman got GLUE in my front speaker resulting in it not working and her trying to pick the glue out which in turn caused the grill to become discoloured and prone to breaking. NOT happy, and they refused to fix it for me.Do not go here. You'll end up having your phone damaged by their incompetence.

Do not buy anything from this place. Lady (probably the owner) is very rude and unprofessional. We spent 120$ on cover and screen protector here and she told us we can get screen protector replaced once before 3 months. We went today to get the screen protector replaced, firstly she was very unhappy and said she don’t have this screen protector so she will put matt cover instead. We agreed to it and she put matt cover. On our way home we noticed that the cover was coming off easily so we went back the shop and asked her if it is normal for protectors to come off easily in a very normal tone. She got very upset and rude and started fighting with us.Note to the rude lady/owner- learn some manners and do not offer something which you can’t fulfil later.

I wish I could give them a big fat 0 for their worst customer service. The lady at the shop is very rude and arrogant. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time and money at this place. Worst customer service.

Had my screen protector replaced to only have it bubble and peel less than an hour later. Went back and was told it was due to my case - which had been on my phone while the screen protector was put on. Wouldn't recommend! Don't waste your time or money.
