Absolutely disgusted. Went to the Mildura Pets Domain today and was refused service because I only had cash. Being a physically disabled customer I was shocked and astounded that the girl refused to allow me to pay for my fish food with a $50 note. Yet the store claims that it is based on Covid19 rules, no hand sanitizer is at the front of the store for customer access. Perhaps if you wish to alienate your disabled, elderly or farming community (from which you wish to do business in) based on an inane rule no one else seems to find necessary, also provide hand sanitizer AS ACTUALLY IS recommend by our health department.

We visit Pets Domain Mildura almost every week! :) The staff are always very helpful and approachable. :) The kindness and warm personality of Bonnie should be commended. She would always welcome you with the brightest smile and would always give superb assistance. :) You can also sense her great passion for the pets. The shop itself is very organised, and the pets are very well looked after. :) They make sure that they only let you take pets home that are healthy and well-settled. :) Thank you sincerely for making our visits amazing! :)

We went for fish food, its been hard to find suitable food for tropical fish. They have a nice selection of fish for tanks. We bought a little red tail shark to add to our family. They usually have rabbits but not at present. The staff are friendly and helpful, call or go in and see what they have to offer when you can.
