What a fantastic dealership to deal with for my new Ranger Raptor. Delivered on time and with everything that was requested. Good communication throughout the process and excellent preparation and presentation at delivery handover. I highly recommend these guys for your next car.

So disappointed by the poor service I’ve received. I had some issues with my car at the end of last year so I took it in to Maughan Thiem in Mount Barker because I thought I’d have the best chance of having my FORD fixed at a Ford dealership. I was told it was the purge valve circuit which would be a $1300 fix. I agreed to this. Not even a week after having it home it progressively got worse to the point where I couldn’t even drive it. I managed to get it back to Maughan Thiem with the engine light flashing.. on the 19th of January. After taking weeks to re-diagnose and order the part, they quoted me $3400. I agreed to this and was told that it would be done numerous times before they were certain they were going to do it at the beginning of February. I told them that I really needed it back before a certain date because my child was having major brain surgery. I didn’t hear anything from them after they had said they were going to do my car.. I consistently tried to follow up with them, each time being told that the person managing my car would get back to me. Every time he said he would call back he didn’t and I was left trying to follow it up. It has now been over 3 months that they’ve had my car and I have no idea what is going on with it. I keep getting told that it’s going up on the hoist, it’s getting done on this date and that date, it’s out in the yard, they don’t have something they need for it, they have had other people’s cars there for longer, they need to do services instead to keep money coming in. I have been in hospital with my son for 7 weeks now without a car.I would never recommend this business to anyone. I’m not just appalled by the time this is taking but the complete lack of communication and regard for their customers.

Worst service ever!!! Took a company car, Ford Ranger in with clutch issues. Took them 1 month to diagnose the problem, was quoted the job then called back a week later as they quoted wrong and had to amend the quote after they already started work, price increase by thousands. Took them another month to fix it, told us it was all good ready to drive so we picked it up and the car wouldn’t even go into gear, we took it back, took another week to fix it and they were talking about charging us for it.Would never ever go back! Not to mention the fact you can never get hold of anyone there on the phone after calling numerous times and leaving messages and emails.

Very good experience with this dealership. Staff were professional and friendly. Excellent pre- and post- service communication. Highly recommend to other Ford owners based upon this experience.

Terrible customer service - always take messages to “call back” and never do. Airbag light came on in my car, took it in and they claimed it would take 3-5 days for parts to arrive, left me with a car with no working airbags for 3+ weeks. They then flat out lied about how long they said it would take. Damaged the paint on my rims but took no responsibility. The list goes on but I would not recommend.

Do not overlook the Ford Escape Vignale and Maughan Thiem were brilliant in all aspects of delivery.Highly recommended as a Ford Dealership.

Buy a car for sure, but don't get it serviced here. Customer service is poor, poor communication and they don't appear to prepare anything regarding parts, even when you book your car in well in advance. I told my car here a week ago and still don't have it back because they are waiting on an air filter. I live nowhere near public transport. Just as well the car isn't my daily driver.

I had my vehicle in for recall work. They had the vehicle for 2.5 weeks. I rang numerous times to speak to the customer care person handling my vehicle to get an update on when vehicle would be ready. Every time, I was told he was busy and was told each time that he would ring me back, which didn't occur - poor communication. I had to drive to service area twice to obtain an update. Given different advice for same questions. They couldn't give me a loan vehicle (even though it was promised one initially) to replace my work vehicle. I was promised my vehicle would be locked in the workshop each night due to accessories on the vehicle and work items in it. This didn't occur for first week until I drove down and spoke to the assistant manager. Vehicle is never washed after servicing and I have been using them for last 3 years. Returning to my previous mechanic.
