Best Dog Friendly spot I've stayed at. They have thought of everything, from a wonderful welcome pack including fresh eggs, milk, sourdough, jam and butter. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach was literally 1 minute walk away. The dogs loved sleeping in front of the log fire. Thanks for a great stay!

Inside - very comfortable beds, lots of space, good kitchen with induction cooktopOutside - a few steps from a stunning beach which we often had to ourselves.John is a great host. Really loved our stay which gave us a comfortable base to explore the east coast.

Wow. This is a wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. My husband and I spent 7 nights from 1st of May 2023.We stayed in the Ocean View Cottage. Plenty of room but very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well each night. Wood fire was warm and cosy each night.Cottage very well appointed.We walked along the beautiful beach each morning and afternoon.John and Annette were lovely. We often ran into them when they were walking their dogs along the beach.100% recommend this property.Hopefully we can return again if we come back to Tasmania.Julie

Absolutely wonderful. Reasonably priced, friendly, helpful staff, great environment, very comfortable rooms, excellent facilities. The hand carved and painted statues of celebrities were a nice touch and we liked the fact that food scraps went to the on-site chickens.The ability to have a fire going on the cold nights was great and the Welcome Breakfast Basket was excellent. We liked the fact that the tea and coffee were of good quality while there was a great selection of good spreads for your toast. A litre of real milk and a fresh bread loaf were also provided. The mini-bar" featured a variety of local wines

Warm welcome, presented with a breakfast hamper with fresh eggs, real milk, variety of cereals, butter, jams and loaf of local bakery bread. Cabin was roomy and comfortable and clean, wood heater and well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a comfortable stay, amazingly comfy bed, spacious bathroom, with a generous supply of hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. So close to the beautiful pristine beach and so peaceful. Short drive to Bicheno town centre. It's on the list for a return stay.

Despite the weather we loved our stay. The cottages are warm and well equipped so enjoyed a quiet, relaxing time away. The hosts are very friendly and obliging.

Recently stayed for a couple nights with a friend and we absolutely loved it! So peaceful and comfortable in such beautiful surroundings, it felt like home!We loved the little touches especially the delicious breakfast hamper, and the board games. We had a great stay, enjoyed a sunrise at the secluded beach too. Would love to come back some day! Thanks for having us

The best accommodation we have had on an organised prepaid tour, the host has thought of everything you could possibly need, pathway directly to beach, extremely clean, given welcome basket on arrival with fresh bread, milk, eggs, butter, jam, cereals. Would come back again but stay longer!

First time we stayed there,was nice listening to the waves while we were going to sleep,would definitely stay there again.
