PP Plumbers were a welcome surprise and came on time and sent a very polite and beasutiful young man Jason to complete the work quickley and without any issues.In fact it was apleasure to have him in our house.Efficient and professional he completed the job quickly leaving no mess at all. We had just moved into our home and started experiencing major blockages from our bathrooms and toilets late on a Sunday evening. We could not find anyone who was able to come out to even look at the problem for two days . Then we came across Jason from PP Plumbing. A true gentleman , he listened to our issues and was experienced enough to understand what the issue may be. Jason managed to come to our home at 7am the next day and sorted out the problem. He also made sure he left the affected areas exceptionally neat and clean.Then a few weeks later we had other plumbing issues at 6am in the morning. I I phoned him at 6am and he answered the phone. I don’t know of any trades that would answer their mobile at that hour.Jason did and he was at our home by 7.30am that same morning.Thank Jason for your professionalism, friendliness, work ethic and customer service.
