The staff today closed the shop earlier saying there were not staff and she had appointments. She was very rude and told me to go. So disappointed as the first time someone in red cross treats us like that

Terrible woman. Wouldn't except my mask exemption. Yelled at me and other customers. Threw us out. Unfriendly and rude. Never again.

Great new look of the shop and lovely,warm volunteers. I go there quite often. Does not look like a usual op shop but high end-many people don't want to be seen at shaby looking op shops
