Two staff members were present at the store, both were very rude. They were not really interested to find the product I asked for, so I had to look for it by myself. They simply said it may be sold out, later I found it in testers. When I asked for the product to buy, staff member responded sarcastically. They are not professional at all. Mecca maxima staff is really professional and helpful.

Cannot make/ keep appointments don't rely on them for an important occasion.

This is a positive review by Rebel ( not Jake as stated above) re the fabulous customer service I got from Nick at the MAC counter in Canberra yesterday. Nick helped me choose a foundation/ powder and concealer. I have applied it all again today using all the tricks he taught me and I love it. I have been using MAC for years but he just tweaked my colours a bit and they are so much better on my nature skin! 10/10!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went into the store, yet I still had to wait 10 minutes for the only person working to help me. Every time I come to this MAC it is always understaffed.

I went to MacMaxima on 17 Feb 2022. Was approached by the supervisor in charge and asked her if I could get someone to assist me with a foundation.she was extremely polite , pleasant n got someone immediately. I was served by Blythe who took a lot of care to find the exact shades suiting my complexion . She was patient, bubbly and caring to find the time( quite long considering my complexion) to get the right shades for. A very helpful friendly person. I commend her and most of the staff there for their service!On the contrary, I have visited the upstairs Mac at a relatively quiet time and found the staff there terribly rude -they don’t make eye contact .I once went there last here and a young girl served me - for an eyeliner- she was downright rude and unhelpful when I asked her for something less expensive.I find a stark difference between staff behaviour between staff upstairs n downstairs!! Wonder why?

Took my wife to get some products today around 2:30pm at Canberra centre Myer and were told that the staff had finished for the day. Not sure what’s going on but very disappointed as we wanted to purchase few lipsticks, foundation and cream.Staff from Myer came to help but could not find products that we needed hence we had to leave.Very unhappy and disappointed.Management needs to get on to this ASAP or close if you can’t be professional and service your customers.

I visited the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Another customer was being served so I waited for about 15min. After the staff member finished serving the other customer she just left knowing that I had been standing there the whole time??? I was unattended for about 30 minutes then eventually had to leave because the store closed. Waste of time, please just go to Mecca

The 2 ladies in the store are absolutely lovely, such fantastic customer service and so beautifully presented! They were so helpful and included my daughter (who loves makeup) it was such a lovely experience!I will definitely be back and recommend!

One star because I cannot give zero. Very rude staffs. They only approach to customers who have their makeup on. I went after work and was totally left unattended for about 30 minutes even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Finally, I went to one staff and asked her to get me a studio fix power. Very disappointed
