The cabin we stayed in was clean and very cosy. The driveway in however was extremely rough, deep pot holes and planks covering a large hole in the road made it a slow trek through.

good location with access to the beach. Terrible dirt road access to the accomodation from main street. All beds were small and not comfortable for adults. So expensive for that poor service. I am happy that my stay finished there.

So uncomfortable doesn’t worth of the money ($260 per night). Small beds, no table inside the rooms. It was not clean at all. Layers of dust on everything. No dishwasher. No toilet paper holder. I could not take a shower due to the faulty bath. No drinkable water.

Do yourself a favour. Dont stay here!Ive managed hotels for over 15 years, and can honestly say this was the worst accommodation ive ever stayed in!The maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of this accommodation is so concerning, one would question if it were even compliant to be used as holiday accommodation. As soon as we arrived, we accidentally drove about 10m past the allocated cabin we had booked, only to find a skip bin in the bushes, filled with derelict & rotten mattresses, couches and furniture. Drive a little further and you will find a run down tennis court and the remains of a mini putt putt course.Just take a quick walk around the accommodation and you will find missing pieces of timber panelling from the cabin - with exposed insulation and rubbish from previous tenants thrown all through the bushes.Inside is even worse. The AC is not sized to fit the apartment (or insulation is non existant) With the heater running on high fan and on 30degrees (max heat) the cabin was still cold. The TV is a CRT box from the 90s with picture quality that is completely unwatchable. Mattresses are wafer thin, worn through the padding and very uncomfortable. The amenities provided were re-filled homebrand detergents and worn cookware. There is no sign of colour, art work or entertainment to bring any joy to the guest. We booked for 2 nights and left 1 night early, because we could bare to be there for another night.I hate sharing poor feedback, but unless ownership makes some drastic changes - its not worth paying anything for this accommodation, when you will spend the entire time wishing you were back at home!

Beautiful location and a fun time with friends. I can imagine this making a good location for a wedding or event. That said, as a location to holiday, the experience was somewhat marred by facilities that where often not as advertised or simply mediocre. The Tennis Court, Mini golf and Pool table are all in need of matenance. The plumbing was faulty in that the dishwasher was non-functional and spa baths unavailable for use. Several rooms did not have hot water and the water itself, which is from a tank, ran out on the first night. Probably worth noting that the showers themself are probably not that safe, a friend slipped over and could have injured themselves badly. The house does not seem particularly secure, though it's probably not reasonable to share the specifics of that online. It is also missing a few things from the kitchen that one might expect to have, like a recycling bin, small saucepan or steak knives. The house was also generally unclean, and check in was delayed for several hours, though this was likely due to whatever the guests before us were up to.Our party was offered a partial refund which we have accepted and are grateful for. However this does not change the nature of the above concerns.

The place does not worth the money at all,if you pay $260 for a night, you expect to have the basic expectations met.Small and uncomfortable beds for adults.Old building , not even was able to open the sliding screen door. Not spacious rooms and no table available to put my stuff on in the tooms.Poor road condition to access the property, i had too much difficulty driving up to the cottage with my sedan car.Single blankets didnt even have bed sheets. No dishwasher available, the dishes and even the kettle were dirty to use.Bath drain was of problem, the waste water wasnt getting drained properly. Not enough light in the bedrooms and living area.Drinking water not available.

If you are looking for a place that reminds you of nan and pops shack from the 70’s with amenities to boot, than look no further, You’ll have it all at your fingertips. All be it with a very nice outlook. If you however are after something with a nice outlook but accomodation that compliments said outlook than this place is likely not for you.Everyone is different but I regretted my decision to book here within about 5min if walking into the room. Old, dated and pretty much a glorified caravan park shed sounded by a great outlook.Again this might be great for some people, but for the money it cost I’m very disappointed.

We stayed in a great little log cabin, self contained, with everything you need, you just supply your own food. It's secluded and backs onto an island inlet with an amazing view of Mt. Wellington. 5 min drive into Dodges ferry to get any food and supplies you need. Loved this place!

If you charge $159-180 a night for a cabin you need to make sure it is clean and tidy. The cabins haven't had any maintenance from when it was bild. Mattresses are wafer thin and old. Beds are to short. The whole place is just run down. Never again.
