I have been going there for about 2 years they're very helpful and polite and do ling hour trading.

Just took my child for her first covid vaxx. Raj was excellent. Treated her with respect and was very caring. She didn't even flinch! I had my booster too. Effortless, painless and easy. Great staff.

Just went for my booster.Phone booking was nice and simple.Jab was quick and pain free. Staff all very polite.The whole thing was hassle free. 2 thumbs up.

I had my 3 previous vaccinations at main centres, resulting in a total of 7 hours waiting time all up. Today I had my 4th booster at Healthline Pharmacy, Oak Park - no queuing at all and the injection was gently administered.

I, along with many others, came in for our 10am appointments today and the pharmacy was not open. Upon contacting the email listed on their sign (specific to the Oak Park location) I was told they were on route and would be opening for vaccinations at 10:30am. I thought this was a bit ridiculous as I had booked a 10am appointment days in advance, but I decided to wait. I ended up leaving at 10:50am when no one showed up.The whole situation was extremely unprofessional, if you aren't going to show up for the appointments that people have made then you should notify them. Having a go at me via email when I said that I had decided to leave (after waiting 50 minutes) is unprofessional and rude.I would not recommend this business as they are rude, unprofessional and clearly do not care about the customers who were waiting for their appointments today. (It is also 11pm and they have not even sent out an apology for the confusion or any offer for other appointment times)Unfortunately the defensiveness of the person managing the emails makes it very difficult to reach an appropriate solution. They are still sending me information for how I could have been vaccinated in Meredith at 10:30am today, Meredith is well over an hours drive from Oak park. Saying that you are not interested in some layman comments" is also not a very nice way to address your customers or their feedback. It shows a total disregard for customer service and politeness in general. I know you may not care about my review (as you made clear in your email)

Called and booked booster 1 hour beforehand. Was in and out in about 20 mins. Super easy. I also get my scripts from here & never have any trouble. They’re always pleasant to deal with.

Was extremely helpful and prompt in providing me and my partner with an appointment for our Covid 19 booster. We managed to get our booster a couple of days before our appointment date as there was an available slot, and the pharmacy had contacted us proactively to inform. The staff were extremely accommodating and the wait time was only 10mins. Would highly recommend.

Just had my Booster shot administered here and as usual staff are Professional,helpful and friendly. I have been coming here for years and have always left feeling amazed that the fact that I feel better just visiting this calm and welcoming establishment.Just had my second Booster and Flu shot here, service and care are both excellent. No adverse problems having both together.

Making an appointment to receive my booster was made easily and receiving the vaccine I found very comfortable especially when I am not fond of any form of injection. I found all staff involved very friendly, prompt and prepared to take the time in explaining any questions of concern. Well done for the wonderful service that was provided.
