Allcool recently tinted a number of wood framed north facing windows at our house, which required the existing film of some 35 years to be removed and then new film re-applied. Very hard to fault the professionalism of Bill, Charlie, Courtney and Mick the installer, who although a contractor, was courteous, punctual and skilled. They were also the cheapest of the three quotes i received, but I was confident in their product and ability to do the job and they didn't let me down. Highly recommended!

After having our home broken into we decided to have security film fitted to our windows to add strength to the glass and make it harder to break. The tint we had installed not only provides us with more secure windows but also gives us with privacy so no one can see in. Great good old fashioned service by Tony and the team at Allcool. A pleasure to deal with and Pete the installer was on time, very professional, cleaned up after his work and even moved back the furniture. A very happy cutomer who would highly recommend Allcool.

Very professional outfit. Requested a quote and Bill was in contact straight away. During the quote Bill gave me options and advised what the best tint for our situation would be. Quote was very competitive and job was booked in around my availability. Great job all

Would give zero stars if I could! Such poor service! Completed online request for quote, no response. Followed up with phone call after two weeks and was told to complete online request, advised that I had and she finally found my initial request. Organised a meeting with Bill for a couple of weeks away for when I was on leave. Did not turn up. Phoned office to ask if he was coming to be advised that he was not as it had not been booked in. The lady remembered all of our previous conversations as she said we booked the appointment for while I was on leave. Understand that it was the week before Xmas and they were booked out that week but they would not honour my measure and quote even though it was booked for that week and she had confirmed it. Rescheduled again for 5 January ... did not turn up. Refuse to follow up for a third time. Poor service, must not need the business. Was very patient but will not recommend such poor service from the start. Hate to think what their service would be like if we proceeded! Dodged a bullet I think.

We are so happy that we went with ALLCOOL Window Films to install frosting to our front door. They did an amazing job with the cutout design, it looks so modern. Bill was great with the advice and quote, Peter did a professional job with the application, taking a lot of pride to do it. We also got the toilet window frosted with cutouts too. Highly recommend.
