I have previously purchased amazing blooms from this place, but not this week! Perhaps the business has changed owners since I last purchased? Whatever the situation here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.I phoned and chatted with the florist on Tuesday; specifying my order requirements. She assured me she had fresh flowers daily and could meet my specifics for a beautiful large bouquet of unique flowers for my elderly mums birthday. I arrived at the agreed time to collect, and experienced an incredible sense of underwhelm. I had placed a significant order and was presented with something that my 12 year son could have arranged better, and the blooms were far from anything special, as well as being largely overbalanced by 2 oversized magnolia foliage cuttings. The woman clearly lacked any great floristry ability or understanding of the brief. The order was clearly filled with last weeks leftover stock, despite my only real request was the flowers must all be fresh that day. It's just so very disappointing... especially for my mum. After only 3 days, over half the bouquet was dead. Just so bad!I will never buy here again.

Delivery was super fast. The size and quality of the bouquet for the price was surprisingly generous. My friend receiving the flowers absolutely adored them, loved the colour combination and said they “lasted so long”. I’d definitely recommend Carina Florist

Wonderful service. I had a phone order from Sunny Coast for Great Aunts Funeral which I was unable to attend. Only had a certain amount to spend (delivery included) and they were able to accommodate my needs, which resulted in a beautiful arrangement of flowers (family member sent photo).Thank you so very much for your help.

Brisbanes best florist! The owner Nina has always provided myself and my work place with fresh flowers on a weekly basis. Not only does she do beautiful arrangements, she does gift baskets which are great to give to clients, candles, baby shower presents and also silk artificial flowers! I received a call today from Carina Florist. I was getting a delivery and they were checking when I would be home and then made sure I was on a later delivery run as the flowers would be sitting at my door for a bit. The vase of flowers is simply beautiful. Thank you.

Extremely poor customer service.Walked in to order a bouquet of flowers, asking the lady what flowers would look nice together or to give some suggestions or even price range of flowers. (I do not have any knowledge of flowers so walking in was intimidating itself).Expecting the florist to give me suggestions as to what flowers would work or even talk about the price range, she did not give me the time of day and told me to go pick some out myself. Shocked and confused in the lack of help, I walked out.

Nina has such a beautiful and interesting Florist shop. I’ve been fortunate to have her as a client of mine for many years and she always buys fresh, buys often and looks for the interesting selection for her customers.Defiantly you can trust Nina with your floral needs, she’s a rockstar.I took a funny photo as i Drove past her store late on a friday night. It still looked inviting from the street when closed.

I have purchased flowers from Carina Florist over 10 years and the service,standard of flowers and prompt deliveries has been of the highest standard. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Great business.

Came in off the Street No Warning asked for a bouquet of Australian flowers and got the perfect Bunch it's quick easy and it looks lovely
